      How Do I Remove a Stuck Battery Tray?

      Occasionally the battery tray in the 1-Battery keypad gets stuck. This article will help fix the issue and make certain it does not happen again.

      Never push upwards on the battery tray, it further flattens the battery contacts. Pull gently towards yourself and down.
