If the door is locked shut, please know that all our locks leave our factory at a preset default and are changed by safe manufacturers (whether the lock is mechanical or electronic). The best course of action is to contact the safe maker for any possible combination or reset codes they have set into the locking device. We, as the lock makers, are not allowed to keep reset codes on file.
