Problem:
When I enter my code and press the pound key I do not hear a clicking noise.

Cause:
End or Side pressure from the safe bolt work. Spindle is too long. The Yellow, Blue or Black tab is out of alignment with the metal notched baseplate. The Yellow, Blue or Black tab is out of alignment with the lock on the front of the keypad. Bad Keypad. Mechanical or Electronic Problem.

Solution:
Hold your safe handle to the closed position with light pressure then enter your combination. Hold your safe handle to the neutral or center position then enter your combination. Remove the keypad and examine the spindle length making sure that there is not pressure getting exerted on the lock body.

Note: A locksmith is recommended to perform this action. Pull your tab releasing the dial part of the keypad and pull out. Use an ice pick and try to align the metal notched baseplate with the plastic channel at the top of the keypad. Turn dial and center your tab above the lock icon on your keypad. Enter your combination. Replace Keypad.
