# I have lost my combination.

## This information is for all locks, mechanical or electronic.

If the door is locked shut, please know that all our locks leave our factory at a preset default and are changed by safe manufacturers (whether the lock is mechanical or electronic). The best course of action is to contact the safe maker for any possible combination or reset codes they have set into the locking device. We, as the lock makers, are not allowed to keep reset codes on file.

 

If you are unable to locate a valid combination for your safe, and you are locaed in the U.S. or Canada, you can use one of the following links to locate a service technician in your area. SAVTA techs are all trained in safe and vault work. When speaking with ALOA techs from FindALocksmith.com, let them know your questions are regarding your safe, and ask if they have experience or training in such work.
